A marketing specialist for over 20 years and the founder of Juntos Marketing, Carolyn has expertise across all aspects of marketing, with a passion for both strategy and practical marketing solutions. She strongly believes that having strategy at the core of every marketing activity is the best way to deliver long term business value.
Before launching Juntos Marketing in 2006, Carolyn held executive positions in marketing and sales at some of Australia’s largest consumer goods companies, including Simplot Australia, Uncle Tobys and Goodman Fielder, and worked on many leading brands.
Since launching Juntos Marketing, Carolyn has worked with a wide range of small, medium and large organisations in health, professional services and industry. She has a particular interest in communicating positive health and ageing messages more effectively.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh University, as well as a Diploma in Marketing and Bachelor of Applied Science. Carolyn’s original background was in the health sector as an Occupational Therapist.
In the past, Carolyn has been an active member and regular mentor for the Marketing Women Association, a member of the NSW Cancer Council Regional Advisory Committee (Central and South Sydney Region) and a regular lecturer at Sydney University’s Continuing Education Centre.
Belinda has 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications, originally focusing on the insurance and retail industries. Belinda manages and develops marketing strategies, plans and materials for many of our clients.
Before joining Juntos Marketing, Belinda held management roles at Insurance Australia Group, where she was responsible for a range of traditional and online marketing projects, activities and events for its NRMA, SGIO and SGIC brands. Belinda also worked across the full marketing mix as manager of the launch of Sydney’s Broadway Shopping Centre and increased membership of Sydney City Marketing four-fold during her time at the retail body.
She is also experienced in marketing not-for-profit organisations, having worked for the Royal Blind Society, and is an active volunteer in various community, sports and school organisations. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Communications from the University of Canberra, and a Diploma of Marketing Research from Charles Sturt University.
Claire Dyson has over 15 years experience working as a Market Research Specialist for agencies and corporations in Sydney and London. Claire conducts customised research projects for Juntos Marketing clients as well as working on developing marketing strategies and plans, and managing social media projects.
Claire’s has a passion for qualitative research and has worked across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on the finance, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Claire has conducted hundreds of in-depth interviews and focus groups, many for blue chip firms and has a particular interest in brand positioning and communications projects.
Claire is a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS), has achieved QPMR status (Qualified Practising Market Researcher) and is a member of the Independent Researchers Group (IRG).
Her tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, graduating with merit from the University of New South Wales in 1992. Claire is currently studying Nutrition, and teaches ethics at Bronte Public School on a voluntary basis.
Nicole Langford is a digital marketing specialist with an impressive depth of experience across a wide range of online projects. Nicole combines this with extensive and thorough marketing expertise as well as a strong creative flair. For our clients, this means she is able to provide strategic, creative and innovative solutions that truly address their business needs and engage their consumers.
Nicole’s specific skills in strategic marketing, particularly in the digital space, give our clients access and inspiration in terms of many new online opportunities.
Nicole’s background includes extensive experience in the publishing sector, having been both Digital Manager and Marketing Manager for the niche publications owned by Odysseus Publishing, and within Pacific Magazines.
Her career began in FMCG, working on multinational brands including Lipton Tea, Liptonice, FloraFoods and Berlei. She has also run her own small business, the online retailer Huggababy Slings, so she brings a valuable perspective of understanding both big and small business challenges.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing & Finance from UNSW, and a Graduate Diploma of Editing and Publishing from UTS.
Jonathan is passionate about marketing and communications. He brings insights and experience developed over many years working in large agencies, owning his own businesses and assisting a wide range of clients across many different industries.
He loves helping organisations uncover marketing solutions that will help them increase sales and grow their profits.
At Juntos Marketing, Jonathan is committed to working with new and existing clients to identify solutions that meet their particular needs. That means he starts by listening closely to potential clients, understanding their objectives and building rapport, before investigating and suggesting ideas and tailored solutions that will help them achieve their business goals.
Jonathan studied law, but never practiced. He has worked in advertising and publishing in Melbourne, Sydney and London. He is a runner and a loves water sports like paddling a surf ski or enjoying a slow afternoon session on his stand-up paddleboard. Connect with him on LinkedIn.
