How did Juntos Marketing help Altis move to a more user friendly content management system for their website?

While Altis was very happy with the design and look of their website, which had been updated in 2015, the team found using their hosting platform to be cumbersome and time-consuming.

Having established the aim to move the hosting platform to WordPress, Juntos Marketing were engaged to undertake the transition in as seamless a way as possible.

With high levels of traffic, it was important to keep the site live and functioning during the build of the new WordPress site, as well as during testing and the transition phase.

The Altis site has a range of more complex functionality, including ecommerce and sales capabilities across multiple geographical areas.  The existing site design was also complex, and we needed to maintain all these aspects.

In addition, the Juntos Marketing team advised and helped Altis introduce some small changes to navigation and website setup, to make the site more flexible and more visitor-friendly.

How has Altis’ new user friendly content management system added value to their business?

Since its launch in March, Altis have found the site to have delivered significant benefits.  Their regular website updates can be achieved in a much shorter time frame, freeing up staff time for other important undertakings.

The team have found the new site is easier to use.  They can make many required changes in-house, rather than needing to outsource these to a coding or web development specialist.  So changes can occur more quickly and the business is making ongoing cost savings.

Google analytics code has been loaded on all pages, so the Altis team are able to monitor page traffic and make adjustments to content as needed.
