Carolyn Loton

A marketing specialist for over 20 years and the founder of Juntos Marketing, Carolyn has expertise across all aspects of marketing, with a passion for both strategy and practical marketing solutions.  She strongly believes that having strategy at the core of every marketing activity is the best way to deliver long term business value.

Before launching Juntos Marketing in 2006, Carolyn held executive positions in marketing and sales at some of Australia’s largest consumer goods companies, including Simplot Australia, Uncle Tobys and Goodman Fielder, and worked on many leading brands.

Since launching Juntos Marketing, Carolyn has worked with a wide range of small, medium and large organisations in health, professional services and industry. She has a particular interest in communicating positive health and ageing messages more effectively.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh University, as well as a Diploma in Marketing and Bachelor of Applied Science. Carolyn’s original background was in the health sector as an Occupational Therapist.

In the past, Carolyn has been an active member and regular mentor for the Marketing Women Association, a member of the NSW Cancer Council Regional Advisory Committee (Central and South Sydney Region) and a regular lecturer at Sydney University’s Continuing Education Centre.
